With this passion comes a work ethic I try to keep. I realize the decision to buy a home is huge. It is probably the most amount of money you will spend on one item. Why do I do this?
One of the reasons I enjoy being a real estate agent, is where I live. I truly am passionate about this area and I love watching my clients find their place here and thrive. It is fun to see them at the grocery store or out and about, and to see their families grow. I have the opportunity to help people create the life they want and for that I am grateful. I love my job!
I am definitely not a one woman show! My broker, and relationships with lenders, title companies and home inspection services etc. bring value to the service I offer. I strive to keep a professional demeanor at all times. Building positive relationships with even the toughest personalities, always makes life easier some way or another. In this case it can make or break a home purchase. It isn't always easy, but it is critical to the integrity of what I do.
